In a fast-paced setting, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, coach managers, and shape strategic plans that accelerate customer success and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
• 4+ years with pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
• Strategic program and project management experience with cross-functional scope
• Experience expanding relationships beyond direct contacts

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads and manage accounts as a player-coach
• Provide coaching and career development to direct reports
• Lead business-relevant projects enabling growth and scalability
• Serve as a consultative advisor to enable client success and value acceleration
• Influence product adoption and customer health through strategic guidance
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to align product and sales strategies
• Deliver clear communication and maintain internal/external relationships
• Foster a company-wide culture of customer-centricity
