Qualifications

5-7 years of agency or client-side marketing/healthcare experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguity.
Strong communication and influence skills.
Curiosity about new tools, technology, and AI.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Strategy: Design delivery approaches balancing client ambition, team capacity, and outcomes.
Delivery: Lead complex projects from planning through final delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Knowledge: Build clear scopes, estimates, forecasts, and project plans; use data and reporting for visibility.
Leadership: Build trust with clients and teams, set clear priorities, and guide senior stakeholders.
