Qualifications

• 10+ years in engagement strategy, experience strategy, communications planning, digital strategy, CRM, omnichannel planning, or related discipline.
• Significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agency experience.
• Experience leading strategy across high-profile accounts and complex portfolios.
• Experience contributing to organic growth and leading strategic workstreams for new business pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy across multiple brands, audiences, and workstreams.
• Own the strategic approach to customer journeys, experience ecosystems, channel roles, and moments that matter.
• Direct the development of data-driven briefs and engagement frameworks across creative, media, and tech teams.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into clear strategic direction.
• Partner with brand strategy to connect positioning to actionable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated programs and opportunities for personalization.
• Guide measurement planning with analytics partners and define optimization opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted senior advisor to clients and lead strategic conversations.
• Provide strategic oversight and quality control across deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and shape new scopes of work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engagement strategists across levels.
