The role requires shaping audience journeys, guiding brand planning, and contributing to new business pitches within a collaborative team spanning account, creative, and technology groups.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare marketing/planning, with strong writing and presentation skills, and comfort navigating ambiguous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, anthropology/sociology or psychology (preferred).
• 7-10 years’ experience in healthcare marketing/planning.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
• Understand customer usage of media/channels.
• Create briefs and input to program design and analytics.
• Lead brand planning and long-term planning efforts.
• Contribute to new business pitches.
• Support development of nascent planning group, including guidelines and education.
