Job summary

LTM is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Director/Manager to support the management and growth of a strategic utility client account based in Berlin, Connecticut. This role will serve as the operational anchor for the account, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Ops, Customer Success, PMO, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track the account opportunity pipeline from qualification through closure.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and solution teams to progress growth opportunities.
• Support proposal development, business cases, and pursuit activities.
• Track key pursuits, customer priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and help drive account expansion initiatives.
