FBT Gibbons LLP in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue for the Energy Industry team and related infrastructure initiatives. You will collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, cross-functional departments, and firm leadership to design and implement growth strategies, manage budgets, and report KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years in a B2B professional services or legal setting.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed across the firm’s national footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Energy and infrastructure practices.
• Collaborate with practice groups, industry teams, and senior leadership on initiatives.
• Identify key clients, cross-sell opportunities, and proposal development.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for portfolio initiatives.
• Lead and mentor BD Associates and Coordinators.
