You will collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, cross-functional departments, and firm leadership to drive revenue and outcomes.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a B2B professional services or legal setting, with strong planning, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in a B2B professional services or legal setting.
- Strong strategic planning and development abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio including Energy Industry Team and data centers; allocate resources and drive tactical execution.
- Collaborate with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and firm leadership on strategic initiatives and KPIs.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, client engagement, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Oversee and guide junior Business Development staff and support cross-department initiatives.
- Prepare bids, RFPs, pitches, and budgeting for initiatives across the firm.
