Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Business Development Manager to craft and execute BD strategies supporting the Energy Industry Team, data centers, and P3 initiatives. You will work with Practice Groups, industry teams, and leadership to drive revenue and client engagement across multiple offices.

The role requires a deep understanding of market trends in energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, and renewables. Travel across the national footprint is expected, with leadership collaboration and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related area.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a B2B professional services or legal setting.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to think critically.
• Self-starter with high energy and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and solution-orientation.
• Ability to travel across the firm’s national footprint; some overnight travel required.

• Manage the Energy Industry Team portfolio and related initiatives.

• Develop, implement and measure business development strategies and proposals.
• Oversee BD Associates and coordinate budgets.
