Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Customer Programs Senior Advisor to help shape our electrification and energy management initiatives. You will work with the Demand Response team to design load management programs, set priorities, and build roadmaps aligned with future opportunities.

You will collaborate with legal, regulatory and business units to craft filings and guides, and coordinate with other utilities to enhance program impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic planning, program development or related functions.
• Experience leading projects from ideation to execution.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and policy issues in the energy sector.
• Experience in electrification, energy efficiency or demand response contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Design: shape load management programs with the DR team.
• Set Our Path: help define main goals and priorities for customers and teams.
• Plan Ahead: support long‑term scenario planning and roadmaps.
• Team Up & Solve Problems: collaborate with legal, regulatory and business units to craft filings and actions.
