Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills and education. US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Location preferences include Chicago, IL, USA; Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in project and program management.
• Experience delivering programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align programs and projects with GPO's strategic goals.
• Support management of resources across projects and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, and resolve issues to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Monitor program performance and report KPIs to leadership.
