Job summary

Google seeks an Enablement Manager for One Google Procurement Enablement to lead end-to-end change management across procurement and finance transformations. Enablement Manager, One Google Procurement Enablement

Chicago, IL, USA; Sunnyvale, CA, USA

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in procurement, change management, communications, or learning and development.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience implementing change management models and deploying systems across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new products, functions, or teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in data visualizations and data tools (e.g., business intelligence platform, Google Sheets, dashboards etc).
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: designing hybrid learning programs, implementing cross-channel communication strategies, utilizing user experience data to drive readiness and adoption, or successfully guiding stakeholders through complex change journeys.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be part of the One Google Procurement (OGP) Enablement Team, whose mission is to support the Google Procurement Organization’s (GPO) priority goals utilizing program and change management practices.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

  • Design integrated communication and training frameworks, mitigate deployment risks, and leverage readiness data to ensure sustainable, long-term user adoption across global teams.
