Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects across the Enterprise SaaS Center of Excellence. You will coordinate planning, requirements, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across offices and time zones.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience applying AI principles to project goals.
• Experience managing intake for product areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface connecting Engineering, Legal, LRE, and external system integrators.
• Prepare and present program statuses, technical roadmaps, and risk registers for alignment with Director and VP-level sponsors.
• Lead strategic discovery workshops to define core business requirements, and translate them into structured sprint plans for the execution teams.
• Partner with the ServiceNow CoE Platform Services team to unblock critical dependencies, such as native Google integrations, document intake endpoints, and dashboarding.
• Monitor project financials and statements of work (SOWs) alongside external vendors to ensure deliverables meet on-time and on-budget milestones.
