Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a leader to manage the Business Engagement Services Team (BEST) and oversee employer recruitment, job placement, and program development in the Lehigh Valley region.

This role collaborates with employers, Workforce Board partners, and training offices to deliver effective workforce solutions. The position involves building strong relationships, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring successful on-the-job training and apprenticeship outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Business Engagement Services Team (BEST) to supervise participant recruitment and job fulfillment.
• Build and maintain relationships with current, former and new customers.
• Supervise and coordinate the Business Services team and Recruiters to optimize job matching and placements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local employers and Workforce Board Lehigh Valley.
• Conduct employer outreach to promote PA CareerLink Lehigh Valley services and train on the state’s job-matching system.
• Engage employers through visits, introductions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with SME to develop Job Task Analyses (JTA) and include them in OJT contracts.
• Maintain employer records and monitor activity in CWDS and other systems.
• Work with Apprenticeship Office to create registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs.
• Track and invoice OJT, IWT, Apprenticeship programs, and related expenses.
