Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to employers seeking to connect with the system of record and PA CareerLink.
• Coordinate and support employer partnerships and rapid response events.
• Assist with center-based hiring and recruitment events across PA CareerLink locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employer interactions, postings, referrals, and event outcomes.
• Represent PA CareerLink in community and employer-facing activities and promote workforce programs.
