Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner (Temp) to serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations across our sites. Reporting to the HR Manager, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition, you will lead investigations, ensure policy consistency, and guide leaders through complex workplace issues in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of human resources experience with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist
• HR Certification (PHR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as ERBP for assigned locations, collaborating with HR Manager and TA
• Lead all employee relations investigations and document findings
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and performance management
• Identify trends to develop trainings and policies
• Support onboarding, coaching, and workforce development initiatives
