Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Employee Relations HR Business Partner to advise leaders and staff on complex employee relations matters, leave management, and HR compliance. You will collaborate with facility leadership to ensure policy consistency and drive engagement, coaching, and development across teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong judgment, superior communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in relevant work experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in a HR department.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations involving workplace complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employee concerns.
• Manage ADA accommodations and the interactive process from initial request through implementation and follow-up.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Support FMLA and leave management processes through case follow-up, return-to-work coordination, and issue resolution.
• Conduct interviews, gather and analyze information, document findings, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Identify workplace trends and recommend proactive solutions, coaching, training, and process improvements to support employee engagement and compliance
