The Employee & Labor Relations Consultant 3 at University of California, Berkeley contributes to all areas of employee and labor relations university-wide, independently and with limited supervision.

Assigned to one of three teams within Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) with assigned campus regions and collective bargaining agreements, this position interprets, explains, drafts, administers, and enforces policy and contract language.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of professional HR experience in employee and labor relations.
• Knowledge of labor/employment law and related practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Labor Relations: Manage collective bargaining agreements and grievance processes.
• Employee Relations: Provide direct services to client groups and interpret CBAs.
• Communications & Administration: Advise on policy, document investigations, and manage leave administration.
