The role will develop strategies and management training to proactively support a positive work environment.

This position requires deep knowledge of HR administration, strong communication, and experience in a unionized environment, with the ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional-level HR experience in a labor relations context.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Advanced knowledge of HR administration, employment practices, and laws including employee/labor relations in a unionized environment.
• Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements and ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Experience with performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage staff.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong written and oral communication, with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
