Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Communication Manager to lead enterprise employee communications. You will connect people, platforms and processes to move content from idea to delivery with clarity and impact, coordinating across teams, vendors and stakeholders to keep work moving with purpose.

You will establish governance, templates and playbooks, drive metrics, and ensure consistent employee experience across regions while supporting major change initiatives and tool rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Preferred: 1+ years of project or program coordination, in communications/marketing/corporate environment.
• Preferred: 2+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience with rollout and adoption of work management platforms, content calendars, or campaign planning tools.
• Experience gathering metrics and presenting insights to improve planning and delivery.
• Experience creating, training and maintaining resource documents and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, adoption, optimization and governance of planning tools and CMS; include documentation, training and support.
• Manage communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, milestones and deliverables with risk tracking.
• Coordinate initiatives across team members, subject matter experts, designers, vendors and stakeholders for alignment and on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute enterprise-wide and function-specific communications, including change initiatives and tool rollouts.
• Develop and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes and governance documentation.
• Gather and analyze metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness and workflows.
• Champion a consistent employee experience by bringing structure and continuous improvement to communications.
