• Experience supporting organizational communications or change management.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned to business initiatives.
• Create content across newsletters, leadership communications, intranet pages, presentations, podcasts, and employee messaging platforms.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop messaging and deliver communications.
• Manage calendars and schedules for timely, consistent delivery.
• Draft and distribute time-sensitive communications with high accuracy and responsiveness.
• Edit and refine materials to ensure consistency with brand and messaging.
• Track metrics, analyze engagement, and improve reach and effectiveness.
• Create presentations and visual materials for employee engagement and updates.
