You will publish content across newsletters, leadership communications, intranet pages, webcasts, podcasts, and employee platforms, partnering with leaders to deliver messaging aligned with business objectives and driving engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Experience creating and managing employee-facing communication content across multiple channels.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, and virtual communication platforms.
• Experience supporting organizational communications, business transformation, or change management initiatives.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans that support business initiatives and change management efforts.
• Create and publish content across newsletters, leadership communications, intranet pages, webcasts, podcasts, and employee messaging platforms.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information, develop messaging, and align to objectives.
• Manage communication calendars to ensure timely, consistent delivery.
• Draft and distribute time-sensitive communications with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Edit and refine materials to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Track metrics, analyze engagement data, and recommend improvements.
• Create presentations and visual materials to support engagement and updates.
