Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to develop and deliver engaging content that informs and aligns teams across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, manage multi-channel communications, and measure engagement to continuously improve messaging.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, maintain editorial standards, and drive change communications with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Experience creating employee-facing content across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and virtual platforms.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans supporting initiatives.
• Create and publish content across newsletters, leadership communications, intranet pages, webcasts, podcasts, and employee messaging platforms.
• Partner with leaders to gather information and deliver messaging aligned to business objectives.
• Manage communication calendars to ensure timely, consistent delivery of information across employee audiences.
• Draft and distribute business-critical and time-sensitive communications with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Edit, proofread, and refine materials to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Track communication performance metrics and analyze engagement data to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Create presentations and visual materials to support engagement and strategic initiatives.
