Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Internal Communications professional to develop and deliver engaging messages that keep teams informed, aligned, and ready to execute. You will partner with business leaders, shape key messages, and use data-driven insights to improve how information reaches employees.

Responsibilities include creating content across newsletters, intranet pages, presentations, and leadership communications, while managing calendars and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, marketing or PR.
• Experience creating employee-facing content across multiple channels.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned to business initiatives.
• Create and publish content across newsletters, leadership communications, intranet pages, and more.
• Partner with leaders to gather information and deliver messaging.
• Manage communication calendars for timely, consistent delivery.
• Draft and distribute time-sensitive communications with accuracy.
• Edit materials to ensure brand consistency and clear messaging.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
• Create presentations and visual materials to support engagement and updates.
