Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Internal Communications professional to develop and deliver engaging content that informs and aligns teams across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, shape key messages, and use data-driven insights to improve how information reaches employees.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and channel management skills, with experience across newsletters, intranet, presentations, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Experience creating and managing employee-facing communication content across multiple channels.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams.
• Experience supporting organizational communications, business transformation, or change management initiatives.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans that support business initiatives, organizational priorities, and change management efforts.
• Create and publish content across channels including newsletters, leadership communications, presentations, intranet pages, webcasts, and employee messaging platforms.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information, develop messaging, and deliver communications aligned to business objectives.
• Manage communication calendars and schedules for timely, consistent delivery across employee audiences.
• Draft and distribute business-critical and time-sensitive communications with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Edit, proofread, and refine communication materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Track communication performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and recommend improvements to increase reach and effectiveness.
• Create presentations and visual communication materials supporting engagement and strategic initiatives.
