Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team in Sioux Falls, SD. This role focuses on managing client accounts, coordinating with vendors, and strategizing benefit plans to meet client needs.

You will interact with client contacts, draft and review RFPs, and prepare materials for presentations, with opportunities to lead open enrollment sessions and contribute to a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years administrative, customer service, or office experience in insurance.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and support internal service team and external partners.
• Interact with client contacts and vendors independently.
• Coordinate benefit strategy and implement new health and welfare plans.
• Evaluate client benefits and provide future recommendations.
• Draft RFPs, edit and distribute to carriers, and summarize proposals.
• Request renewals from carriers and review documents for clients.
