Job summary

Holmes Murphy Insurance in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Consultant to join the Employee Benefits team. The role focuses on financial and clinical analytics for health and welfare plans, monthly reporting, and client-ready presentations.

You will develop and enhance financial models, support CLUE reporting, and mentor junior staff while driving strategic initiatives for client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provides Financial/Clinical consulting to clients regarding employee benefit health and welfare plans and presents financial data.
• Runs and analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents results to clients.
• Provides complex reporting, presenting results to clients.
• Participates in development of financial reporting enhancements.
• Assists in development of new CLUE reporting.
• Develops and enhances client budget, financial and clinical analysis tools.
• Builds and maintains financial/clinical models to support client teams; mentors junior staff.
• Recommends complex strategic and tactical initiatives based on data.
