Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Employee Health & Benefits to manage a diverse client portfolio, ensure timely service, and drive strategic renewal outcomes.

In this role you will address client inquiries, provide regular status updates, coordinate with Account Executives and carrier partners, and oversee enrollment and renewal processes while ensuring compliance with ACA, COBRA, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Strong client relations skills and excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address new client inquiries and provide status updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and producers to support renewal needs.
• Oversee enrollment and renewal processes and prepare benefit guides.
• Analyze claims data to support renewals and develop renewal strategies.
