Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Client Service Consultant (CSC) within the Group Benefits team in the United States. You will complete a 4-month training program combining classroom learning with hands-on client servicing experience, then deploy into a CSC role providing administrative and client service to MetLife group insurance customers.

The CSC supports day-to-day service for multiple Specialty Markets clients, collaborates with brokers and internal teams, and strives to deliver a service experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance industry experience including PEO, payroll, staffing, association, union, trust, affinity/member benefits, or TPA environments.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client requests and leads projects, providing clients with alternative solutions and coordinating with internal MetLife teams.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures ongoing client satisfaction.
• Coordinates client meetings, prepares materials and presentations, and supports client audits and planning processes.
