Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Preparedness Training Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale training delivery program for first responders and emergency management professionals across the United States.

You will provide operational leadership, manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure training and exercise delivery meets safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years managing and supervising program operations in a related field.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and operational oversight of the program.
• Lead and develop a workforce supporting program execution.
• Interface with government representatives and stakeholders.
• Ensure planning, coordination, and execution of training and exercises.
• Oversee schedules, staffing, performance metrics, and contract requirements.
• Support training programs in incident management and disaster response.
