Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a Deputy Emergency Preparedness Training Project Manager to support a large-scale emergency preparedness and response training program for first responders across the United States.

Reporting to the Emergency Preparedness Training Program Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, workforce management, training delivery support, and contract performance, guiding teams to ensure excellence in a complex training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum four years of recent experience in management and supervision of program operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in overall administration and execution of program operations.
• Oversee personnel, resources, schedules, and activities supporting contract requirements.
• Coordinate with instructors and support personnel to ensure successful program execution.
• Monitor performance and assist in achieving operational, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Support preparedness training focused on Incident Management, Mass Casualty, and CBNE incidents.
