Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a Deputy Emergency Preparedness Training Project Manager to support the management and execution of a large-scale emergency preparedness training program serving first responders and emergency management professionals from across the United States.

Reporting to the Emergency Preparedness Training Program Manager, the Deputy Project Manager will assist in overseeing daily program operations, workforce management, training delivery support, customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in emergency management or related field.
4+ years in management and supervision of program operations.
Experience with large operational programs or mission-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in the overall administration and execution of program operations.
Assist with oversight of personnel, resources, schedules, and operational activities.
Coordinate with instructors and support personnel to ensure successful program execution.
Serve as alternate point of contact for government representatives and stakeholders.
Monitor program performance and support achievement of goals.
Prepare reports and program documentation for leadership review.
