GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Preparedness Training Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale training delivery program supporting first responders and emergency management professionals from across the United States.

This leadership position oversees day-to-day execution of a complex program that delivers world-class training and exercise services, providing operational leadership, workforce management, and customer engagement while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years managing program operations in complex environments.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational excellence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and operational oversight of a comprehensive emergency preparedness training program.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a workforce supporting program execution.
• Interface with government representatives and key stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure delivery of training and exercises.
• Manage schedules, staffing, metrics, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee resources to ensure efficient delivery of training services.
• Support training programs in incident management, mass casualty, natural disasters, CBRNE, and terrorism preparedness.
