Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Preparedness Training Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale training delivery program serving first responders and emergency management professionals from across the United States. The role demands strong leadership and program oversight in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in emergency management or related field.
• Minimum four years of recent program operations management experience.
• Experience interfacing with government customers, senior leaders, or stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and operational oversight of a comprehensive emergency preparedness training program.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a workforce of personnel supporting program execution.
• Serve as the primary interface with government representatives and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of training and exercise activities.
• Oversee program schedules, staffing, performance metrics, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Manage program resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of training services.
• Support training programs focused on incident management, mass casualty response, natural disasters, CBRNE, and terrorism preparedness.
