• Familiarity with the company business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops new customer accounts.
• Penetrates existing customer accounts and builds relationships within the organization.
• Responsible for commercial issues related to customers and McNaughton-McKay.
• Participates in personal growth plan activities.
• Focuses on account planning and top key accounts.
• Participates in product training with key vendors and partners.
• Implements best practices.
• Engages other resources within the Company.
• Creates, implements and revises procedures and instructions.
