Job summary

Mcnaughton Mckay Group is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Suwanee, GA to serve as the primary internal and external contact for customers and sales staff. You will ensure correct products are ordered and delivered based on customer needs with strong emphasis on service quality.

Your role requires handling orders, pricing discussions, vendor coordination, and collaboration with operations and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pattern of continuing education preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution operations or similar product knowledge; 2+ years experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office; familiarity with business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer orders, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or electronic communication.
• Negotiates pricing, margins, discounts, and shipping terms and communicates delivery details.
• Identifies and negotiates with vendors to fill non-stock product needs and coordinates with purchasing.
