Loram in the United States seeks a Lead EHS Program Specialist to architect and drive enterprise-wide safety initiatives. You will partner with Global EHS, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and HR to scale enterprise programs and ensure consistent multi-site execution across the company.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, program management and adoption of enterprise EHS software, SOPs, and policy development while enabling proactive risk mitigation and sustainable performance

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field.
• 5+ years of related environmental, health and safety experience.
• At least 3 years of EHS experience in multi-site or field operations.
• Strong track record of systems implementations or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic program implementation: roll out enterprise-wide EHS strategies from concept to full integration.
• Cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders to embed initiatives into SOPs.
• Project management with charters, timelines and budgets.
• Lead as primary owner for enterprise EHS software implementations.
