The successful candidate will partner with the Global EHS team and with Operations, Manufacturing, HR, and other leaders to embed EHS programs into standard procedures, ensuring proactive risk

Responsibilities

• Drive Corporate Initiatives: Take ownership of rolling out enterprise-wide EHS strategies, including Hazard Management, SIF prevention, and HOP frameworks, from design to pilot to full integration.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal stakeholders to embed EHS initiatives into SOPs rather than bolt-on tasks.
• Project Management: Create charters, timelines, and resource plans; manage milestones within time and budget.
• Software Ownership: Coordinate implementation and configuration of enterprise EHS software.
• Process Mapping: Translate paper-based or localized safety processes into streamlined digital workflows.
• User Adoption: Design and deliver training for frontline workers and site leaders to adopt new tools.
• SOP/Policy Development: Author enterprise EHS policies, training, and SOPs for multi-site consistency and proactive risk mitigation.
• Change Management & Culture: Act as internal consultant and change agent; build buy-in and address operational friction.
• Feedback Loops: Gather feedback from EHS and operations teams and adjust rollout strategies.
