Job summary

LHH is seeking a senior leader to lead the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) program within our business unit. You will partner with BU leadership and staff to enforce company EH&S policies and drive continuous improvement of safety performance.

Responsibilities include developing national EH&S programs, auditing compliance, managing budgets, and mentoring BU EH&S professionals to create an inclusive, safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field with 10+ years of related electrical safety experience.
• STS-C certification required or within 6 months of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental principles and regulations.
• Incident management experience and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Execute EH&S policies and enforce BU and company requirements.
• Lead, influence, and motivate teams while modeling high EH&S standards.
• Review and provide feedback on business and subcontract agreements related to EH&S.
• Lead and direct decision-making for key EH&S business issues.
• Develop and implement annual BU EH&S plans aligned with HQ requirements.
• Audit schedules, review audit quality, and drive program improvements.
• Maintain relationships with OSHA and other agencies; manage regulatory exposures.
• Represent Turner as an industry leader in related organizations.
• Mentor BU EH&S professionals to foster an inclusive environment.
• Manage the BU EH&S departmental budget and resources.
