Loenbro, LLC is seeking an EHS Corporate Compliance Specialist to audit safety protocols across multiple locations, develop corrective action plans, and report on compliance effectiveness. You will help establish a culture of safety in line with internal policies and external regulations.

The role entails coordinating with the Corporate EHS Integration Advisor and Regional Directors, ensuring incident investigations are thorough, and delivering data-driven safety analytics to senior management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in industrial construction, mining, electrical construction, pipeline or associated industries with an experience focus on EHS management, systems and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data trending and improvement planning.

Mansioni

• Enforce safety policies and procedures across sites and regions.
• Audit sites for regulatory, company and client compliance; develop audit findings reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols including SSP and OSHA/MSHA requirements.
• Coordinate corrective actions with operations and regional EHS teams; ensure actions are complete.
• Provide documentation and analytics on incident investigations and safety performance.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies; participate in inspections and audits.
• Develop company-wide corrective action tracking and reporting with corporate advisor.
