La-Z-Boy is seeking a strategic EHS leader to guide governance and direction for safety, health, and environment programs across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. You will partner with plant leadership, legal, and corporate teams to reduce risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enterprise-wide EHS initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing regional EHS strategies, mentoring site professionals, and reducing workers’ compensation costs while promoting a safety-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 5–8 years of supervisory/leadership in EHS.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional EHS strategic plans.
• Provide governance for EHS performance across facilities.
• Lead site EHS professionals for consistent standards.
• Investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
