Job summary

Sila, a leading battery materials company, seeks a Corporate EHS&S Program Manager to shape the global EHS&S framework. You will architect governance systems, define standards, and drive safety and environmental stewardship across R&D and manufacturing as we scale our operations in the US.

You will partner with site leaders, R&D, and operations to ensure compliance, manage risk, and lead executive briefings on program health and progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and scaling corporate EHS&S programs.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs and technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and improve corporate EHS&S management systems.
• Define global standards, policies, and compliance frameworks across sites.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees for EHS investments and roadmaps.
• Serve as central accountability for enterprise EHS&S program health and risk management.
• Facilitate executive communication and risk mitigation strategies.
