Sunbelt Solomon seeks a Director of Field Service Operations to guide strategic and operational direction for L/M/HV services regionally. You will own P&L, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across lifecycle programs and projects.

The role is onsite from our corporate office in Ohio, with 25–40% travel to support operations, customers, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Field Services, Power Systems, or Industrial Services with direct P&L ownership.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin improvement, and cost control.
• Proven leadership of multi-site service operations and technical field teams.
• Strong understanding of M/HV systems, NETA testing, and utility/industrial service environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, project management tools, and business analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to support operations and customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute service strategy for M/HV products aligned with regional goals.
• Develop growth plans for aftermarket services, lifecycle contracts, and engineering solutions.
• Expand service offerings including retrofits, upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
• Own the service P&L, overseeing revenue, margins, and EBITDA for the region.
• Lead pricing strategy, cost control, and budget planning with executive leadership.
• Oversee safe, high-quality service delivery across projects and accounts.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices in field ops.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and mentor leadership and technical talent.
