Job summary
Software Technology Inc. is seeking an IT Enterprise Business Analyst to analyze customer needs and participate in planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced EHR and related systems.
Under broad supervision, you will work with development teams, document requirements, provide ongoing EHR support, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with clinicians and IT staff to optimize workflows. You will also write clear JIRA tickets, test REST APIs with Postman/Swagger, and stay current
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and support of HL7 standards.
- Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the EHR system.
- Provide ongoing support for the EHR system, including updates, troubleshooting, and data security per HIPAA.
