Qualifications

• 3+ years cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure) and app support.
• 3+ years using ticketing systems (JIRA/Ivanti) for issue tracking.
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of Windows OS.

• 3+ Years of Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications
• 3+ Years ofProficiency with ticketing systems like JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management
• 5+ Years of Experience Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems

Highly desired

• 3+ Years of Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred
