Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Business Analyst to analyze customer needs and participate in the planning, design, and implementation of enhanced EHR and practice management systems. You may lead a team or project under broad supervision.

The role requires collaboration with clinical, technical, and program staff to document business requirements, ensure HIPAA-compliant data security, and provide ongoing support and improvements to the EHR system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 3–5 years supporting EHR/Practice Management in healthcare.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate HL7 standards.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems.
• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, and HIPAA-compliant data security.
• Create Jira tickets and communicate with vendors.
• Analyze clinical workflows and generate reports.
