Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an IT EHR Enterprise Business Analyst to support EHR and practice management systems in a hybrid Atlanta-based role. You will work with clinicians, developers, and admins to document requirements, guide HL7 integration, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data security and reliable system performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of EHR experience, cloud platform familiarity, and strong communication. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospital IT exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the development team to ensure HL7 standards integration and support.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems for optimal, secure operation.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, program staff, and admins to document business requirements for EHR.
• Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, troubleshooting, and HIPAA-compliant data security.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Provide end-user technical support, interfacing with vendor support teams for timely resolution.
• Assist trainers with staff training to ensure efficient use of the EHR system.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify opportunities for optimization within the EHR.
• Generate/ analyze reports to support clinical/admin decisions.
• Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting and cloud platform support.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to understand issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Create clear JIRA tickets for developers/admins.
• Ensure IT security of systems/data per best practices and policies.
• Utilize REST APIs, Postman, Swagger for testing/documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative solutions.
