Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Change Communication Specialist to join the EHR Team. This role focuses on managing EHR Change Control and the Cerner Super User Program, identifying and reporting risks, and coaching teams on processes while tracking KPIs.

You will consult with internal and external project teams, share project timelines and updates, verify configuration requests, and maintain strong relationships to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 8–10 years in application analysis, configuration, or enterprise systems management.
• 6 years in Change Management and Communication in Healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and report on EHR Change Control and Cerner Super User Program.
• Identify, resolve and report status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
• Coach teams on processes and KPI tracking.
• Consult with internal/external teams to share status and timelines.
• Support continuous modernization of the EHR and related communications.
