Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Certification in change management, organizational development, instructional design, or health informatics is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in organizational change, learning, enablement, implementation, or transformation.
• Experience applying change management principles to assess impacts, readiness, and adoption.
• Experience developing and delivering learning strategies for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional project, product, clinical, operational, technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Support change and learning strategies for EHR products and healthcare technology initiatives.
• Assess needs to identify stakeholder impacts, readiness gaps, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with clinical, operational, technology, and project teams to integrate learning activities into implementations and releases.
• Design and coordinate learning resources, including role-based training, curricula, job aids, and workflows.
• Apply change management practices to drive go-live readiness and post-implementation adoption.
• Support super user programs by developing enablement resources and coordinating engagement activities.
• Maintain consistent learning standards and documentation across projects.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and engagement metrics to identify improvements.
• Translate clinical, operational, and technical information into clear learning resources.
