Community Health Systems is seeking a Change Communication Specialist to join our EHR Team. You will manage EHR Change Control and the Cerner Super User Program, report status and risks to project leadership, and mentor teams on processes while tracking KPIs.

You will consult with internal and external project teams to share timelines, verify requests, and keep stakeholders informed as we drive modernization of the Cerner EHR platform.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 8–10 years in application analysis, configuration or enterprise systems management.
• 6 years of Change Management and Communication in Healthcare IT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, resolve and report status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
• Coach on processes and missing components while tracking KPIs and communicating updates.
• Consult with internal/external teams to share configuration status and timelines.
• Verify configuration requests and ensure bidirectional status updates with stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on Cerner best practices for continuous modernization of the EHR.
