Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cerner Connect Integrated Technology Senior Analyst to join the EHR Team.

This role focuses on implementing, managing, and modernizing Cerner Connect integrated technology deployments across clinical settings, including hardware, software and clinical workflows. You will guide stakeholders, coordinate across project teams, and support regular project events, testing calls, and conversion activities while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCIT consulting or related client-facing IT roles.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT implementations and deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation services for Cerner Connect and related medical device connectivity products.
• Assist with deployment of hardware, software, and clinical workflow in various clinical settings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to guide net-new, add-on, and optimization deployments.
• Troubleshoot device integration issues and participate in risk assessment with engagement management.
• Stay current on Cerner best practices and assist with knowledge transfer and support activities.
